Your crayfish will arrive in insulated boxes or specially insulated boxes for large orders, both of which provide the protection needed for the shellfish. We use gel ice packs to keep your crayfish cool, these can be reused, just pop them in your freezer and use like the plastic icepacks.
All products being prepared to order, if you order cooked product, it will be cooked and chilled the day before you receive it. If your order is for live Turkish crayfish, then they are picked and packed just before the courier comes to collect them. If your order includes frozen produce, it may defrost in transit, whilst we do our best to make sure it arrives frozen, we can't guarantee this.
Next day delivery
For next day delivery your order must be placed by 10am, for delivery the following day, we aim to have the your order with you by 2pm, but on rare occasions it may arrive up to 4pm. Next day delivery is the same cost as our standard delivery - £12.95
Saturday delivery
We can deliver on a Saturday for £14.50 should arrive before midday. Saturday delivery is excluded from the free delivery offer.

Free deliver on orders over £100
If your order is over £100, we will deliver it for free Tuesday to Friday, due to the additional courier charge for Saturday delivery, we are afraid this offer does not apply on Saturday deliveries.
Delivery Areas
Our chilled, frozen and cooked products can be delivered to all areas of the UK, our live Turkish Crayfish can only be delivered to restaurant and hotel trade. Due to the crayfish being non-native and we will not ship to areas we believe maybe at risk of introduction. This includes Wales, Scotland and NI please call us before placing your order via email sales@simplycrayfish.co.uk to confirm we can deliver to you.
