Simply Crayfish was founded with the aim of providing the best, fresh, frozen or cooked UK Crayfish, having worked in the shellfish industry and fisheries management sector, we set about establishing a commercial fishery for non-native crayfish in the UK.

The crayfish are wild caught and held in custom made tanks, fitted with advanced filtration systems, insuring healthy stock, they are then supplied fresh chilled, frozen or fresh cooked and chilled and delivered to their end destination.

Simply Crayfish pride ourselves on the personal service and quality guarantee that we offer. We take pride in supplying wild caught produce to restaurants, hotels and fishmongers. With lower food miles, we can offer an unrivalled service and price to our customers, as well as the knowledge of knowing the people who caught it.
