Simply Crayfish only supply wild caught non-native crayfish, the species we supply is nearly always the Signal Crayfish (Pacifastacus leniusculus) are highly destructive but tasty crustacean!
Occasionally we have live Narrow Claw or Turkish Crayfish (Astacus leptodactylus) for sale.
Yes crayfish are a seasonal product in the UK and at their most abundant during the summer, however we can supply smaller quantities during the winter.
We can supply the public Signal Crayfish, as we only sell chilled, frozen or cooked, we will, our minimum order and delivery still applies.
We do not supply live crayfish (with the exception of Turkish Crayfish), the sale of live crayfish of Signal, Spiny-Cheek, Red Swamp, Virile and Marbled crayfish is banned in the UK and EU. All our product is supplied either chilled, frozen or cooked.
